2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions, scratch games, and prize draws (“Competitions”) listed on the LuxePrizes website at www.luxeprizes.co.uk.
2.2 LuxePrizes may offer different types of Competitions, including Scratch & Instant Win Games, Main Prize Draws, and Auto-Draw Competitions.
2.3 An entry fee is payable for each entry unless using the free postal entry method described in Clause 3.11.
2.4 Scratch & Instant Win Games: The scratch interface is a visual feature. Outcomes are pre-determined at the time of ticket allocation, and the scratch feature is for entertainment purposes only.
3.1 Each Competition will have an opening and closing date displayed on the Website. Entries outside this period are invalid.
3.2 The Promoter may adjust dates if necessary but will not extend Closing Dates simply to sell more tickets.
3.3 All entries must be received before the Closing Date. Late entries are void and non-refundable.
3.4 The maximum number of entries per Competition will be displayed on the Website. Once the maximum is reached, no further entries will be accepted.
3.5 Entrants may purchase multiple entries until the cap is reached. Free entries must be submitted individually (see 3.11). Bulk entries in one envelope will be treated as one entry.
3.6 To enter a paid Competition:
3.11 Free Postal Entry: Entrants may enter without payment by posting their entry to LuxePrizes Ltd, [Postal Address]. Each entry must include full name, address, contact details, and Competition name. Entries must be received before the Closing Date. Bulk entries will not be accepted.
3.12 Low-Cost Ticket Adjustment: If a ticket price is lower than the cost of a 2nd class stamp, multiple free entries will be applied to ensure equivalent value.
3.13 Fair Play: Holding tickets in the basket to monitor outcomes or delaying purchase unfairly is prohibited. Accounts may be suspended.
3.14 Personal Payment Method: Entrants must use a payment method in their own name. Use of another individual’s card is strictly prohibited.
3.15 Wallet Credits & Errors: In case of display or typographical errors, the credited wallet balance in our system is final.
Winners may be chosen via random draws, instant wins, or automated draw systems depending on the Competition format. LuxePrizes may publish winners’ first name and county unless you opt out by emailing us 48 hours before the draw.
Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18+. LuxePrizes may request proof of age/ID. Employees, contractors, and agents connected with LuxePrizes are not eligible.
Each prize is described on the Website. Prizes are not transferable. LuxePrizes may substitute a prize with cash of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winners will be contacted within 7 days. Prizes unclaimed within 14 days may be forfeited. Cash prizes will only be paid into a UK bank account in the winner’s name.
Winnings are credited to the Entrant’s wallet. Withdrawals require verified bank details. Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the Entrant if not yet processed by admin.
LuxePrizes accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or death except where caused by negligence. Statutory rights are unaffected.
By entering, you consent to your details being used to administer Competitions. Winners may be required to participate in publicity unless opted out. LuxePrizes complies with UK data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy.
LuxePrizes may amend these terms at any time. Competitions may be voided or cancelled if necessary. Refunds will be issued in such cases. LuxePrizes competitions are not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or any social media platforms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Please note: Players must be over 18. If you win and are under 18, you will not be able to collect the prize and the competition will be redrawn.
